If for any reason you are not satisified, prior to the e-filing of you returns, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and 48 hour guarantee add-on if that applies. Please note, even if we have fully completed your returns, we will not e-file it if you are not satisfied and have requested a refund. No refunds will be given once e-filing is complete.
Ammended Returns
If you need to ammend your return for any reason unrelated to how we prepared your return, there will be an ammended return fee of $250. If your return needs to be ammended due to an error on our part, there will be no charge for the ammended return.
